I'm starting C25K tomorrow.
For those of you that aren't familiar with C25K, it's a fitness program that gets you up and running and makes you capable of running 3 miles within 9 weeks.
My goal has been to run a solid 3 miles since I started running a few years ago. I've never been able to get past 1.5 miles. And I've never been able to run the whole time.
When I was in high school, I played soccer. I played midfield and ran for 90 minutes straight 3 times a week for games and 2 hours straight 2 times a week for practice. I ran and ran and ran like it was nothing. I hated it, but I could do it.
Now... I hate it and I can't do it.
Time to change that!
