Next week, The Husband is going to pick up his DD214.
He will begin terminal leave. His official discharge isn't until August, but he will not be returning to active duty as a United States Marine.

My husband started his terminal leave at the end of April, and we could not be happier! It is a little nerve wracking leaving a job and starting on a new journey, but it really is great to know that at the end of June his contract will be up and the Navy will be out of the picture! It truly is exciting!!! Best of luck to you and your husband!
